首先,介紹齒科行業的發展現狀及市場需求,回顧目前的傳統義齒制作方法存在的不足。重點講解數字化3D打印技術在齒科行業中的優勢,主要包括口內掃描儀與義齒設計方法,以及齒科產業鏈中相關的3D打印設備、材料與工藝,特別是在牙模、導板光敏樹脂3D打印機、金屬烤瓷牙金屬3D打印機、全瓷牙陶瓷3D打印機研制過程中的關鍵技術和心得體會。最后,總結一下3D打印技術在齒科應用的優勢和面臨的挑戰。 Firstly, the development status and market demand of dental industry are introduced, then the shortcomings of traditional denture manufacturing methods are reviewed. The speech focuses on the advantages of digital 3D printing technology in dental industry, including the design method of intraoral scanner and denture, and the related 3D printing equipment, materials and technology in dental industry chain, especially the key technologies and experience in the development of dental mould, guide plate photosensitive resin 3D printer, metal ceramic dental 3D printer and all-ceramic dental 3D printer.
